Delivery Information

We endeavour to forward your plants within 5 days of receipt of your payment. We will send you an email to advise you when and how your order has been sent. Please do contact us immediately if it does not arrive within 2 days of our email to you. If your plants happen to be damaged in transit please contact the courier who delivered them to you immediately, and then please also advise us. We will endeavour to replace any damaged plants. The cost of freight and packaging within the North Island is $10.00 for every 10 plants and for the South Island $15 per 10 plants this is automatically calculated into your invoice. If you are preparing a garden or going on holiday please let us know when you would like to receive your plants and we will do our best send your plants so they arrive at a time convenient to you. Also remember that with your plants we will enclose some growing notes to help get your daylilies off to a great start.

Wholesale information

We welcome wholesale customers. To view our trade catalogue and be eligible to pay on invoice please contact us and after completing our Wholesaler application form you will be given "Wholesaler Status" on our site and be given access to our Trade Catalogue.
